WHOLESALE MODEL

Most of what we sell runs on a wholesale model built around paying the artist first. We agree on a wholesale price with the artist and pay them up front, so they get their money right away instead of waiting months for a piece to sell. Artists have bills and families, and they shouldn't have to wait to get paid for work they already finished. From that agreed wholesale price, we mark up by 25% at most. That's our promise, and it never goes higher. Because the markup is capped, you always know roughly where your money is going.

CONSIGNMENT MODEL

An artist may prefer a consignment arrangement instead. For this model we agree on a sale price, and when the piece sells the artist keeps 75% and we keep 25%.

THE ARTIST ALWAYS GETS A CUT

A portion of your money goes back to the original artist, even on resale pieces, and I don't mark the price up to cover it. Active artists on this site earn a resale commission on their own work, so buying here supports the maker every time a piece changes hands.

CUSTOMER CONSIGNMENT

If you're a collector who wants to sell some or all of your collection, we'll consign it for you. We'll handle the photography, listing, marketing, shipping, and payment.

Our fee is only 25%. Your piece sits right alongside everything else in the shop, treated no differently. It's yours, you bought it, you should get the biggest cut by far. Complete transparency , so you can trust that the sale price data you see is accurate and you receive your proper cut.
