Order Processing Time
· Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
· Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will be processed the next business day.
· Orders requested for Saturday shipment must be placed by 5 PM Friday due to limited Saturday post office hours.
Shipping Carriers
· Primary Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS for reliable, trackable delivery.
· Alternate Carrier: USPS may be used for PO Box addresses or if specifically requested by the customer.
· All shipments are small and carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
Shipping Rates
· Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size/weight.
· Free shipping may be offered for select promotions or order minimums (details will be specified at checkout).
International Shipping
· Currently, we ship to the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for options.
· International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Tracking & Delivery
