Returns & Exchanges

New Paperweights

·         Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

·         Exchanges: Allowed for a different item of equal value if the original is returned in original condition.

·         Refunds: Processed after inspection; original shipping is non-refundable unless the item is defective or misdescribed.

·         Return Shipping: Paid by the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.

Used/Vintage Paperweights

·         Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is significantly not as described or arrives damaged.

·         Exchanges: Assessed on a case-by-case basis; please contact us for assistance.

·         Refunds: Issued after inspection; may be partial if the item is returned in worse condition than sent.

·         Return Shipping: Paid by the customer unless the item is not as described.

Other Glass Products (Non-Paperweights)

·         Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

·         Exchanges/Refunds: Same as for new paperweights.

·         Return Shipping: Same as above.

Product Condition Policy

New Products

·         Guaranteed unused and in original artist condition.

·         Any minor imperfections from the handmade process are disclosed and photographed.

Used/Vintage Products

·         Detailed descriptions and clear photos of any chips, scratches, or repairs.

·         Sold “as described”; returns only for significant undisclosed issues.

Other Glass Products

·         Condition described as above, tailored to the specific type of glass item.

·         All items thoroughly inspected before listing.
